Pioneer DDJ RX Grounding or Electric Current felt over the unit

Hi Guys, so just received my new DDJ RX, and I have noticed that as soon as i turn the power socket on (with the controller power button switched on or off) i can feel a current all over the metal surface of the unit. Its like a tingly sensation when I move my hands anywhere on the controller.

As soon as I touch the unit with both my hands or keep one hand on the unit and touch with the other it goes away or if I connect the laptop with the laptops power supply on then it also goes away, but comes back if i switch the laptop power supply off.

This is my first time with these and I have read some posts about grounding etc but Im not an expert with these so would appreciate your advice and for the Pioneer Tech team to please get in touch??
