Try lowering your audio buffer size within rekordbox to reduce the amount of delay when engaging the effects.
This is actually fundamentally prohibiting me from using the DDJ1000!
When i hit the FX button on the mixer, the audio jumps back 2/3 millisecs and only jumps back again when you turn the fx off.
This means I have to leave 1 effect on to play a set, and not change it.
How can something do fundamental get missed by 1.0.4? I mean Cmon...
This is not an issue related to 1.0.4 as its been like this since I got the unit on 1.0.3.

Or you can use multiple effects, if you never put anything on the master. Annoying, isn't it ?
@pulse: still noticeable with the latency at its minimum. And you need a pretty powerful computer to actually be able to do that.
Thank you Pulse for the updates mate
Thing is, we should not need any workarounds, and reading between the lines its clearly a serious issue otherwise it would have been an easy fix.
I hope thats not the scent of a recall i can smell as this is fatally flawed design if its inherent as you suggested before.
we pray.
Prayers won't help you, but our engineers will! It's not "fatally flawed" and they are working to improve it in a future update. Thanks for your patience.
