Say you ONLY have the CH1 cue button illuminated, and that channel's fader down, if you dial the mix between CUE and MASTER, you're saying that the CH1 audio still comes through when the knob is all the way to the master side?
Hi, I've been using Rekordbox with my DDJ-RZ for several months with no issues. But upon returning from about a week long break, I realized I am having some problems with the headphone cue mix.
I can hear any track I cue through my headphones just fine and the cue level knob works, but no matter how I adjust the headphone cue / master knob it stays 100% on the cue volume. Not sure if there is a setting I missed either on the DDJ-RZ or inside Rekordbox but I can't figure it out for the life of me and would love some help. Thanks in advance

Hi, did you get to the bottom of this at all? I have been experiencing this same issue, turn the cue/master mixing pot and nothing apart from the cue all the way round no master. This could be a firmware issue?
@Timbo > Can you please post a screenshot of your rekordbox audio configuration page?
Presumably this is audio configuration page.
Apologies for the very delayed response.

When you're trying to mix the CH1 and MASTER audio in your headphones, do you have the CUE button illuminated for both CH1 and MASTER?
Have tried with CH1 and MASTER lit up, with no differing results.
Turn the mix pot fully clockwise to the MASTER position and it is complete silence in the headphones.
There's no blend between the tracks in the middle position or just the master track as you should expect from it turned fully clockwise. Its as if the Master track doesn't exist if that makes sense?
With the knob at 12 o'clock (middle mix between CUE and MASTER), and you press the MASTER CUE button while audio is playing over the master output, does anything play through the headphones at all?
i have the same problem, if i turn my mix knob halfway there i hear just cue, when i turn it all the way to master there is no sound - with the ddj 400
Did you press the MASTER cue button as well?
