USB with rekordbox

I have a pionneer ddj-rx connected to my pc. But i want to play with my usb, i have all my songs exported with rekordbox to my usb. Now i can play with my usb but it keeps on loading with some folders. And if rekordbox keeps crasching i cannot play.

Okey, if I put my usb in my pc rekordbox will read every track, and I can play with the tracks but it has to load a very long time. When that happens windows says rekordbox won't react. I have to wait a long time before the track will acutualy load and I can play with the track
