Have you tried it with the 22 channel mode in the software and 23 on the fixture? Looking at the DMX tables, it should work.
Can anyone tell me how to Program the Chauvet FXpar9?
All it does is sit tjhere and change from red to blue to red to blue.
I have it on 23 channel and get no strobe nothing BOORING

The software doesn't have the capacity to do anything special with 22 or 23 channel mode, I'd recommend using it on 6ch mode at this time. As the integration of a strobe is more of an "FX" type lighting function, chances are it won't work with strobing; the colour LEDs would strobe.
