Lock collection / disable 'Remove from collection' option

I find myself adding/removing tracks from playlists quite a bit. Every time I right-click a track to 'Remove from playlist' I have to be very careful to click the correct option so I don't accidentally click 'Remove from collection' instead and create a huge hassle.

It would be nice to be able to lock your collection or otherwise disable remove from collection (or rework the confirmation UI) to prevent accidents.
