no me activa el rekorbox

hola, compre un controlador DDJ RR el cual vino con la licencia de activacion del rekorbox dj cuando baje instale el sofware cuando le pongo el key me dice q la licencia ya esta activada, y no es posible.tambien tengo una cdj2000 ns2 que trae en la parte inferior un key y tampoco lo puedo activar con ese.. que puedo hacer cual seria la solucion...

The CDJ-2000NXS2 does not come with a rekordbox license; that key on the serial number sticker is for internal tracking use only.

If you bought a DDJ-RR from a retailer and the license has already been activated, it's possible the retailer is selling a returned unit or B-stock. Please contact the retailer and they can request a new license key on your behalf.
