My recommendation would be to use an intelligent list and simply exclude any karaoke filetypes. If that's not possible because your karaoke files are the same as your videos, I'd suggest using the MyTag to create a "Karaoke" tag and then use a track filter (at the top of the collection / playlist window) to exclude the entries which have "Karaoke" as a tag.
