i have an xdj-rx which only has one working usb (usb2) it says you should update firmware only on usb1. could this be the reason why usb1 is not working. maybe someone updated on usb2 and because of that usb1 is not working ?. i cant find a way to factory reset to see if this is the case. can anyone guide me in the right direction ?
Sorry, if the USB1 port is not working, I'm going to recommend you take the unit to be serviced as it could be the port has failed. Please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it inspected.
