Dynamic mode detects BPM changes in tracks, so it's working as expected. If you know the BPM is steady throughout the track, you should use Normal mode.

Rekorbox BPM jumps 0.01-0.25 off beat
This happens with my DDJ-RZ connected an disconnected.
Example- Bpm on analyze track would show 124. Inserts on to deck to be played, shows on deck bpm as 124.1, proceed to play track then through out the play the bpm would fluctuate plus and minus 0.01 - 0.25.
The fault was when i analyze the tracks. I chose to do to in dynamic mode rather then in normal mode. after i reanalyze my tracks in NORMAL MODE this BPM problem went way.
