Yikes, that doesn't sound good -- please contact Pioneer DJ technical support in your region to have it inspected. Hopefully nothing serious!
Hi there, we have a DJM 900 mixer at our bar (I'm the resident DJ) and we've had the mixer completely lose the master output, then when you turn the master volume, there's a loud boom sound at 10 o'clock.
When it happens the volume faders also have no effect, yet there's a signal input on the channel LEDs, master LEDs are blank.
This doesn't seem to happen every time the mixer powers on though? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance

Here's what it's doing. It seems to do it more often if I turn the mixer on and have the master gain at < 10 o'clock.
I've contacted support to see what they say.
Yeah, that doesn't look good -- I'd say it might be a faulty pot, but then it works after a reboot... hopefully they can sort you out!
