Please help.. The snake eyes regular i cant get

How do I get it into rekordbox

Can we please find a solution for the Chauvet COLORstrip! I have several of these fixtures and would love to be able to use them with my light show.  The color strip doesn't work with its current configurations/set up in the software/library of RB.  In RGB Color Mix Mode 4 channel, channel 1 needs to be sending a 210-219 signal to toggle the RGB color mix mode.  It is obviously not sending that on channel 1.  Channels 2,3,4, should be RGB respectively.  How ever it is programmed in RB currently it leaves the Colorstip inoperable.  Please get this right. I have found other posts on other threads trying to get this resolved for months with no luck.  Please fix this!  I will loan you my RBDMX1 and ColorStrip for testing!
