RB-DMX1 3-4 seconds delay?

Hi,

Just received the RB-DMX1. 

Theres is a delay of 3-4 seconds until my light change.

I tried 3 different fixture, change DMX cable and tried all usb port on my desktop.

USB are directly connect, there is no usb Hub.

What is the problem? Is there usb paramete to change on my windows 10?

Is it a problem with the RB-DMX1?

Il look like a good product if it can be sync with the music...
