Help with XDJ R1

Few questions if anyone can help.
Recently brought this unit second hand and updated to latest 1.13 update. Unit is about 2 years old but in great condition as always been in a flight case. However, I don't have the original manual. The version online seems very short. Questions are as follows:
- Can the units lights be dimmed at all?
- Can I get some sort of skins for the jogwheels as they are so reflective of every single light source and will the jog wheels (centre platter) still work in Vinyl mode with skins on the wheel?
- In CD mode the BPM counter is inaccurate. Anyone know why? E.G. House track of 124bpm is showing as 148bpm or RnB track 94bpm showing as about 135bpm.
- One of the four lights on the jog wheel on the left deck isn't coming on. Any ideas how to fix?
- In Vinyl mode on CD's (yet to try on USB) the scratch position moves round the wheel position. It doesn't lock in the same place. Any ideas why?
- Is there the ability to make the jog wheel heavier or lighter with a jog adjust?
Pioneer: Are there any new software updates in the pipeline for this unit?
