Beat match in DDJ 1000 (or rather rekordbox)
Hi everybody, I just bought a DDj 1000 an I'm coming from serato to rekordbox.
Im on Mac 10.13.5 and I've notice that if I try to match bpm using rekordbox in performance mode with + or - the I have the problem to get the correct value. I mean if deck a is 123.78 bpm its very difficult (if not impossible) to get 123.78 on the deck b using + or -. The only way is just type in with keyboard. And the same problem it was with the consolle itself.
What I've missed? In serato bpm increase or decrease was just linear.

Hi Stefano no, it's seems like quantized but disabling the quantize it's the same. Very strange it's like I can't increase the speed in a linear way (in serato you dont' have this behaviour).
There is a wokaround but is very stupid in my way of thinking just press the sync button once then deactivate the sync and from that point the two songs increase or decrease in the same way...

Very strange i too came from Sdj and with Rb i can use it in same way.. check in the options menu of Rb,if i remember in the sync option you can select from sync to beatgrid and to sync only with bpm,i choose only bpm(hate the grids)..try to checkout..

Actually it seem to work. It's strange because we are not using the sync but actually you have two different sensibility on the pitch fader if you choose sync beat rather than BPM.
I think is a Bug but for now your workaround it works

Hey Anc,happy that works,i really don’t have noticed this bug/feature cos like i said i don’t like sync and i set it to the basic options,but it’s strange that affects the pitchfader job,now i’m not at house but i’ll test and if is a bug better open a post here to ask Pioneer to solve the problem..
