Rekordbox DVS Red Control Vinyl Issue

Hello,

Last week, I bought a pair of red control vinyls (RB-VD1-CR) and I'm having problems.

During playback, the song's speed is vaying, as if I were using the pitch bend.

This problem occurs with a higher incidence on the A side of the red vinyl. Using the B side, the problem happens less, no matter if is in absolute or relative modes.

I also own the black control vinyl (RB-VS1-K) and I don't have any problems.

Checking the calibration oscilloscope, it is possible to notice some noise in the signal coming from the red control vinyl, and this noise is easily perceived by listening to the vinyl signal through the phono.

All cables are perfect and properly connected.

I can provide the recording of the red vinyl signal if necessary.

The setup is:

DJM-900NXS (1.32)
PLX-1000
Rekordbox 5.2.3
Ortofon Night Club 2

Thank you

Okay guys, the official word is they suggest returning them to your retailer for an exchange as they feel it's simply a matter of a defective unit.

If you have any problems or questions, please let us know.

following this thread as I am having an issue with the regular black tcv that came with my DJM750mk2... It's impossible to mix with them as its like you say, the beat just goes up and down... I'm going mad trying to keep things in time

Passing it to our rekordbox team, let's see what they have to say.

Or... if I read my own reply (at the top, from June 19), what I already said.
