It could be due to an issue with the 1803 updated for Windows -- can you please post your computer spec?
- make / model (if it's an off-the-shelf machine)
- CPU
- RAM
- graphics chipset
Thanks!
I have absolutely no sound coming out of my headphones or speakers. When I unplug my board, I have sound from Serato but not while it is connnected.
I have restarted my computer, board, and Serato about a hundred times.
Reinstalled the drivers, firmware, and Serato about 10 times.
Unplugged and replugged everything.
Checked my cues, master levels, everything.
Tried different headphones and speakers.
Adjusted my ASIO settings.
And still NOTHING! Not even a little blip of sound.
Help! My smaller SB2 connects and runs just fine and I can hear sound from my headphones but my SX2 won't work through headphones or speakers.

Hi. I'm facing the same issue. Did u find a solution for it?
I have to turn on and off several times to work.
Please, give me a hand.
I definitely already know that is not my computer, neither speakers, xlr wires, USB cord. I have tried all new ones.

@Reinoni > Do you have any other audio devices configured in your computer(s) besides the built-in audio devices?
Which version of Serato DJ are you trying with?
I don't have any other audio device on my computers. The version that I've been using is 2.0.5.
Any clue?
