connecting a phantom power microphone on ddj rb

i am trying to connect my microphone on the ddj rb console and it does not give power or shows any connection between the mic and the console i check in the  questions section and found an answer suggesting i should click where it says mixer/mic (ddj-rb) and it should have an option saying MIC ON and that i should tick that option ,, but i cannot find such an option on the panel after ticking  MIXER/MIC   .. i read the manual of the microphone and it says phantom power 41 V is needed  ,,  does that mean its not compatible or am i missing something here ? thank you very much !
