If you're experiencing a problem with audio drop-outs, try increasing the audio buffer size in the preferences by one notch and see if that resolves the issue.
The artwork can be changed (as noted below by @Matt).
Hi there,
I'm transitioning from using a Mac to PC for DJing and noticed that on my Mac I'm able to disable the artwork display on the jogs of the DDJ-1000, but that option appears to be missing on the Windows version. Any chance this might be coming in a future update? It's just my Windows laptop is a little more powerful and probably less prone to audio dropouts (of which I'm getting at least one every hour on the MacBook Air of about 0.25 seconds).

Its not missing, its there.... go to settings>deck>jog and uncheck display artwork
Found it. It was because the DDJ-1000 was disconnected when I was trying to find the settings. D'oh.
For the audio dropouts I'll give that a try. There was one time when master out didn't output anything. The channel faders and lights were on and the crossfader was set correctly, but the master output VU meters were all off and nothing was coming out. I switched the DDJ1000 off and then back on again and that seemed to do the trick. It's only happened once, so hopefully it was just a one-off. It worked fine for the next 4 hours after that.
