Please return the "loop mode" button and "exit loop/recall" button back to their original specifications. It was wrongly suggested the firmware be changed so when exiting a loop, you also exit loop mode to quickly return to the wave form. Why ? This update was a terrible mistake and greatly devalues the abilities of the 'auto beat loop' function. We used to have the ability to go from a 2-beat, to a 4-beat, and back to a 2-beat loop, and if the 4 beat loop was acceptable, we could quickly exit the loop for 2 beats and reselect a new 2-beat loop, bringing you to the 3rd and 4th beat of the previous 4 beat loop. Repeating this process gives you the ability to carefully navigate uncharted music during live performances while keeping the safe/forward movement of unfamiliar tracks. This is no longer possible because when exiting a loop, we now simultaneously exit 'loop mode'. For all the benefits that 'auto beat loops" provided, those who supported snipping the auto beat loop's full functionality were willing loose crucial performance abilities, simply because they were annoyed that they had formally exit the loop mode. This was a huge loss for a zero gain. Auto beat looping is one of many signature features of the CDJ2000Nexus, and its original engineering should be re-implemented, unless someone can provide a significant reason why getting to the full wave form is so critical that it has to be done with one click. I strongly recommend these 2 buttons be returned to their original specifications. The "loop mode" button should be the master on/off switch for the auto beat loop function. The "exit loop/recall" button should be delegated to exiting and recalling loops only, and should not double as a quick way to cancel "loop mode". This is not how the engineers designed this player, and this update has now greatly diminished the abilities of the 'auto beat loop' function. Unless someone can provide sound reason outweighing the loss in performance of this feature, I strongly recommend returning these two buttons back to their original functionality within the next firmware update. Thank you.
