Hdj 2000 mk2 broken

Hi ive bought my hdj 2000 mk2 black 3 monthes ago here in israel
They fell and the plastic that hold the left hearband got broken ive went to the retiler and he said he dosent have that part and he need to check with you guys if u do . And if u do it will take 2 monthes to arrive and get fix . Ive paid allmost 600 euro and i dont get any service ive looked for parts online and couldnt find it
