hi my laptop analyses 4 tracks at the same time, is there any solution to reduce this number, for example to analyse 2 tracks at the same time?

Is there a reason you only want it analysing less than the max (in your case, 4)?
You can't reduce it to 2, can reduce it to just 1 at a time if you need to be processing other things at that time, but I certainly recommend importing tracks, and allowing it to run all the analysis using all available cores to get the job done quicker.

You want it to be on NORMAL mode; PERFORMANCE does the maximum number of cores available.
