I'm thinking about making the switch from serato to rekordbox by buying an interface 2. Had a couple of questions that I couldn't work out from the pdfs.
1. If I don't have a computer plugged in (interface 2 externally powered), can I play regular vinyl without doing any repatching?
2. Can I set/trigger hot cues with a novation dicer. Seems from the manual like I can map any midi device but I saw this post from a couple of years back saying no

If you come from Serato maybe you can use your SL Soundcard if you have any. Try it first with the Rekordbox DJ trial version. Then you have to configure the sound settings in the software and try the original Serato vinyls. But you have to now that original Pioneer timecode vinyls are much better for Rekordbox! This is just an idea...
