I noticed that there is no Time knob right above the Level/Depth Knob in the Beat effect section on my DDJ1000 controller as oppose to XDJ RX1 or DJM series mixers. is there any way I can replicate that knob with another midi controller and combine with DDJ1000 and rekordbox. I hope I'm making sense. Just want to do the echo effect tricks with time knob :). thanks
Correct - they've removed the functionality of those FX units in lieu of larger jogs and other controls. You have the ability to use the BeatFX for that or to map another MIDI controller with an encoder knob (or buttons) to change the FX timing.
