I ordered a DDJ 1000 unit back in late May and the supplier said that they are waiting on the shipment within the fortnight. I recieved a very apologetic message from the supplier saying that my pick up date has been pushed back to the end of June as they still haven't received the shipment from pioneer.
June came and went and still no delivery. The poor supplier has rang me several times explaining that they still haven't received the shipment from pioneer.
My current pick up date is the end of July now.
I've enquired with multiple stores that stock pioneer and they uave also said the same thing regarding delays with the DDJ-1000
Why are these units taking so long to get to Australia and why does no body have any answers?
The demand and number of pre-orders dealers received was greater than the initial production run, so naturally there were some delays in getting units to customers. We have since been meeting all order and delivery targets, so if your dealer hasn't been updated with that information, they should be shortly. We apologize for the delays and hope you get it in your hands soon!
