Deactivation issue... again

I sold a DDJ-1000 on eBay. I had gone into the RB DJ software before shipping it and I got the error message when I tried to deactivate the license. I closed the software, reopened it and clicked deactivate again. This time I got "deactivation successful". I thought all was well. Well, it's not. The new owner says he can't activate it until I deactivate it on my end. This has happened to me a few different times with different controllers. It's frustrating. Anyway, I tried opening a ticket, but I was having trouble with the captcha stuff. I'm not sure if it went through or if I even did it in the right place. I need to do this ASAP as the new owner of the controller has a gig next weekend. Help, Please.

@Mike > Deactivating the license only makes it available for activation on another computer within your Pioneer DJ account. The other user is likely trying to activate it to his Pioneer DJ account. You're taking the right steps with the ticket, and I see you managed to successfully create one 7 minutes after this post, so I'll leave our support team to get to it (they're back in the office on Monday), plenty of time to get it liberated for the other guy before his gig. ;)
