Using Rekordbox Tutorial Feature with DDJ 1000

I am a beginner DJ who recently purchased the Pioneer DDJ 1000 because of all it's awesome features and I'm wondering why am I not able to use the Pioneer DDJ 400 tutorial feature with the Pioneer DDJ 1000 so I can learn the basics?
