I have sold my DDJ-RB including a rekordbox license key, because I bought a different Pioneer product including another license key. Unfortunately for the buyer and me, he is not able to activate my old license key, because he is getting error code 19 (not possible to use one license key in multiple accounts). I am confused why he is getting this error as I have properly deactivated the key in my account.
Is there something I can do?
Edit: I see now that the license is deactivated in the rekordbox application, but is still active in my rekordbox profile. How do I remove the license key from my profile? Does this take time? Do I need to perform actions myself?
Deactivation only makes it possible to activate on another computer within your account. In order to release the license from your account, you must file an inquiry ticket here and our rekordbox support team will be able to gather some additional information to release the license.
