DDJ-400 USB Noise

Brand new DDJ-400.  Connected to powered speakers using RCA outs.

The USB cable is creating a high pitched noise.  As soon as I disconnect USB cable the noise is gone.

I have changed cables and ports, same deal.

When the unit goes into 'sleep mode' the noise gets louder.  Very noticeable and annoying.

What can I do to fix this please?

The #1 reason for noise over the USB connection is a poorly shielded charging circuit and USB power within the computer. One easy way to illustrate this is to disconnect your computer's power supply - in many cases the noise will disappear or drop, for those where it continues, this shows that the isolation is almost nonexistent.

You can try using a USB cable with a ferrite core, or a transformer-isolation USB cable like this: https://www.amazon.com/SMAKN-Isolator-Digital-Isolation-Industrial/dp/B00XXPO4UG

Having the same issue, no answer from anybody yet, nobody on FB Recordbox can tell me either, sound was not bad but is worse now, last comment on Traktor blog the guy suggested the mic gain must be turned down totally, will try it tonight. Mine use to be fine and now all of a sudden it's bad. Don't understand. Seems like it started after the Windows 10 firmware update. Lets see if we get an answer soon.
