CDJ Aggregator and MacBook Touch Bar 15

 Hiya,

i have a new Touch Bar 15 MacBook and I have a massive problem when I connect 2 900 nexus's and use ther CDJ/XDJ Aggregator selected with 

CDJ/XDJ 1 on channel 1

CDJ/XDJ 1 on channel 2

I get half the right on the left side and on the other channel on the mixer i get both channels coming through one. Is there a way to fix this as it was fine but the new touch bar one seems to be playing up! Need to sort it as soon as possible as it's driving me crazy! I've had a play around in Audio Midi Settings on the Mac and still nothing.
