You can save loops as hot cues known as hot loops, that way you could do the inverse; disable the loop if you want to use it as a cue instead.

LOCKING DOWN THE AUTO LOOP BUTTON
I would like for the auto loop button to stay engaged while jumping around hot cue points that i have set up in Rekordbox 5.3.0 .The way it works now the auto loop disengages once i press the hot cue button and i must reengage it for every other hot cue that i intend on looping there after

Awesome. Plus i upgraded to the Beta 5.4.0 and seen where i can save the loop and to have it auto play (loop) whenever a song reaches the cue loop now.
