Try increasing your audio buffer size in the preferences.

Rekordbox 5 master tempo bug lag load track
Hello guys! My problem: when the master time is activated, with a song playing on deck 1, when I load deck 2 there is a small bug, the sound jumps (a fraction of a second) as a small cut. .. When the master time is off it becomes normal. It is not the pc because it used a Core i5, 6GB Windows 10. And now I use a MacBook Pro.

had same issue, fixed it by enabling prefs / audio / audio / "diffuse sound in speakers...."
