DDJ-SR2 JOG ISSUE

Hi.

I need help with a JOG PROBLEM on my DDJ-SR2. LEFT side is not working properly. Im trying to find:

1) how to reset factory settings or restore firmware;

2) how to adjust jog sensibility and didnt find support.
