rb-dmx and lixada moving headlight

Hi there! I've got the DMX-1 and it is working well my fixtures, except the Lixada Mini Moving Headlight 9/11 channel Gobo pattern, which is moving but no light coming out.

I've followed all the indications for setting up the fixture correctly (address, channel number, etc.), the heads move but they don't turn on the light.

I've read another posts in which the problem seems to be a wrong signal from the channel that activates the lights of a given fixture.

I think that this problem needs to be solve by the Pioneer engineers? or there is another thing that I can do?

Any help will be appreciated.

Our team is looking into some of these similar issues, but before I dive into the DMX on this one - can you please confirm that you have properly selected the fixture type as "MOVING HEAD" (on the right side of the DMX universe)?

HI Pulse,

Can you please confirm that you have properly selected the fixture type as "MOVING HEAD" (on the right side of the DMX universe) ---Confirmed

I Look for another fixture with similar configuration, change it, move but didn't turn lights on. I updated the library, choose the fixture again... and now is working!

Ah - you were using an old version of the fixture library; the new one had updated one of the lighting configuration parameters. Glad that's working now!

Could you please check both (25 & 30 Watt) Lixada Mini Gobo Movin Head in the Database ? There are problems with colour change an Gobo change.

In Manuel Mode everything works fine, but noch change of Gobo  in the auto mode.

Thx

@Sven > Please post this to the lighting fixture section as a new post so our lighting team can check the database and escalate to our rekordbox team internally if required. Thanks.
