I'm trying to install the interface driver as per directed when I open rekordbox and every time I get past the install point it says 'error .002'. Other drivers will install but the interfaces won't.
I've followed the installation procedure, I've tried running both rekordbox and the installer as the administrator, I've turned off the pc's driver signature enforcement and it still doesn't work.
I'm running the latest version of Rekordbox in Windows 10. I've had this problem before and I can't remember how I fixed it (it only started happening again after the update) and I have a horrible feeling it was a really stupid fix I was overlooking.
Any help would be appreciated.

I'm not sure exactly which device you're using, but please download the correct driver for your device / OS and follow these instructions:
1. Disconnect your device from the computer.
2. Close rekordbox dj.
3. Open the Control Panel and uninstall the device driver from "Programs and Features".
4. Reboot Windows.
5. Install the driver.
6. Reboot Windows again.
7. Connect the device to the computer.
8. Launch rekordbox.
