White noise & humming through headphone jack & main output on DDJ-400

I've had the DDJ-400 for a month or two now and its always had this humming/buzzing white noise come through the speakers and headphone cue when the  main cue is turn on and the volume is up (its not up heaps so that's not the problem)

i've tried using different RCA cables, different USB ports, different headphones and different speakers, but nothing has stopped it.

It doesn't affect the recording, that comes out clean without any white noise or buzzing/humming.

Does this happen if NOTHING else is connected to it (besides the speakers or headphones)?

Yeah, if I have any power to it and put my headphones or speakers in, it does it. It only does it through the headphones when the main cue is selected though, but the speakers it happens no matter what. I cloud have the volume sliders down all the way and it will still happen, I’ve never had this problem before with my other deck (Traktor Kontrol S4 MK1)

I also notice a buzz/noise issue with the DDJ 400.  did you ever resolve your issue?
