In preferences there is an adjustment, and do you have the CUE engaged for the channel you're listening to?

Headphones not working
Hey can someone help me?
I bought a DDJ RR a couple of days ago and the headphones are really not working. Can someone tell me how i can install them?

What adjustment is needed? Yes the CUE is engaged and there is no sound coming out of it
