Crossfader volume issue with DDJ-400
I recently purchased a DDJ-400 to use as a backup and portable option to my PLX-1000 DVS setup. Upon using the DDJ-400, I immediately noticed an issue with the crossfader volume. When centered, the volume drops nearly halfway in comparison to when the fader is in the far left or right position.
After noticing this, I attempted to adjust the crossfader settings in Rekordbox preferences, but the knob that allowed me to adjust the crossfader response was greyed out and unavailable to adjust.
Is this normal for the DDJ-400? Is there another setting that is causing the crossfader response to be unavailable to adjust? I'd appreciate any help. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Hopefully there is an easy solution that I'm overlooking.

@Trycky > Thanks for your patience. The engineers have written back to say that the crossfader adjustment should be available; if the dial is black, you are still able to adjust the curve:
