Rekordbox - DDJ 400 Crossfader Issue

 Recently bought a DDJ-400 with Rekordbox. 

When I slide the crossfader all the way to the left all I hear is deck 1 (Which is good) 

However If I slide the crossfader all the way to the right I hear both Deck 1 and 2 (equally as loud) This isn't just a little bit of bleed, its full on. 

Tried my DDJ-400 on a Virtual DJ Trial and no issues!!!   I filled out a support request but still have not heard back....

The newly released DDJ-400 does not seem to be compatible with Rekordbox 

:( Really bummed about it and hope it gets fixed soon. 

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Other than that love the DDJ-400 but this is a HUGE issue.
