Problemas con ddj-sr

Hola, tengo un problema con mi ddj-sr. Cuando presiono el botón de cue o sync la controladora se reinicia y se vuelve loca, no responden los comandos y demás. Por todo lo que leí incluso en los foros de pioneer es un desperfecto del hardware de fabrica inclusive mismas respuesta del los administradores en los foros de pioneer confirman que es una falla múltiple en estas controladores. Mi equipo esta cuidado y en perfectas condiciones, la verdad estoy decepcionado con la calidad de este producto y en el servicio técnico me dicen que la reparación sale 400 dolares. Necesitaría que me brinden una solución a esto lo antes posible por favor ya que el inconveniente que estoy teniendo no se trata por desgaste y maltrato si no por fallas constructivas. As the DDJ-SR is bus-powered, it's possible that the unit is not receiving adequate power from your computer over the USB port. Please try using a different USB port, a powered USB hub, a different USB cable, or even a different computer to try and determine if the fault is one of those items or the DDJ-SR itself.

Hello, I already did all the tests you mentioned. Take the equipment to your official service which diagnosed the failure. This same fault that the technical service mentions, is a multiple failure that was generated in many of these equipment that is not generated by bad use or breakage if not by constructive technical failures in the design of these equipment. I have the screenshots of their forums and the answers of you in which they mention and recognize that this failure is common to this series of teams. I would like you to give me a solution to my problem since it really is not a break or wear of the equipment, but a constructive failure of the same on your part. If they would be so kind I would like them to send me an email address where I could send them all the screenshots mentioned by the multiple users with this same fault as I with their corresponding answers and the budget of the technical service authorized for the repair so that verify it. I await your prompt response and solution. From already thank you very much
