I powered off and on a cdj 350 and my playlists are gone

Hello all,

I have the following problem, I powered off and on a cdj 350 with my usb stick on it and my playlists were gone. They also don't show up on rekordbox now.

Is it possible to find the playlists in the contents folder of the usb or the "PIONEER" folder?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers

N Kan

Why do they no longer show within rekordbox? Did you delete them?

I'm in the pioneer folder in my lap top now and I see these datafile.backup.edb files.

I also see the ExtDriveBackup folder.

Could those help find back my playlists?

What appears within rekordbox when you connect the USB drive there?

And please don't cross-post; I've deleted the other topics you created.

Nothing, empty collection and empty playlists. Contents file was still on the usb with all the music but as mentioned all the playlists were gone. Thus everything is a mess.

But I already found out how the file is called that contains the playlist data. I tried to data recover it but it seems that the player corrupted the file and was not recoverable. I always properly eject my usb drive, it's just that the player was stuck and I was forced to power it off and on again, then the playlists were gone.

I'm already reordering everything again manually.
