reformat pc

 I am about to reformat my pc. I have all my tracks on an external hard drive. It took me over a week continuously analyse all 80,000 tracks. Is there a way of me not going through the analysis process after reformatting my pc. Like moving the database file for example.

Use the database export procedure to move the database and analysis files, then after you get things running again, import the database. You will also have the option to include the music; if the audio files are on the drive that will be formatted, you can back them up as well to help move them easily.
