license key DVS

Help me please! I bought ddj xp1 in the secondary market, the seller with me deactivated the license. I started typing on my computer and first there was an "activation error". Then rekordbox dj was activated, and dvs wrote that it was entered on another account. What to do? All photos, accounts and proof I can attach.
