The license keys for the rekordbox dj and rekordbox dvs plus-packs were included on a black card within the product package. If you did not receive the licenses, you may file an inquiry here, providing the serial and key numbers from the label on the back of the product. Our agents will require proof of purchase as well (but they'll ask you for that info).
