When you installed the drivers, did you disable the driver security to allow the full functionality of the SR2?

Pioneer dij sr2 problems with freezing and audio
I bought a Pioneer ddi sr2 in July 2018 I am having problems with deck one it freezes and won't play sound I bought a new usb and updated all things needs and still having this problem here is my specs for my computer please help I have no back up and got gigs all week starting tomorrow smh
