Strobe in Rekordbox Lighting

Not sure if this is just my fixtures, but I'm noticing that for a lot of the scenes with flashes set in Rekordbox Lighting, the LED par cars don't seem to react fast enough so only 1 out of 4 or 5 strobes actually 'fire'. I'm using all modern LED PAR fixtures and tried both wireless and high quality DMX cable.  I've tried two different brand of fixtures including a high end fixture that is battery powered and has wireless DMX built it!  

Is anyone else noticing this? If not, it may just have 'slow' fixtures and need to update to some LED COB. Or maybe the issue is that the software is not using the par's built in strobe channel and instead trying to move the dimmer from 0-255-0-255-0-255 to get a fast strobe.  thanks
