CDJ 2000nxs2 won't download firmware

Hi both my CDJ 2000nxs2 wont except the latest firmware download. 1.84 from August. I get the proper screen on restart. But the message (connect UAB storage  device to top USB port) on the screen. I've tried using a different USB w no results..

Is your USB device formatted FAT32 with master boot record (MBR)? And did you unzip the firmware file without changing the filename? Also, if you used Safari to download it, try using another browser - Safari can sometimes auto-unzip the file and corrupt it.
