Video Transition is delayed on DDJ RX with Rekordbox

Video Transition is delayed on DDJ RX with Rekordbox.

Whenever i move the crossfader, the fader in the Rekordbox moves only after the DDJ fader has crossed half way and is delayed.

Also, the output video keeps flickering at random intervals and also blanks out for few milliseconds every now and then.
