New out the box Dj-sx3 stop connecting after firmware updates

Hello so I set up my case everything worked on 2 Mac book pro computer 2014 /2012
1 running the latest
1 running high Siana
update firmware now it’s not Working on both
all tryout on a 3rd computer
Reinstalled drivers
check midi
Did new configuration on midih

When you installed the drivers, did you disable the driver security?
