Problem matching tempo - DDJ RB

I assume this is an update issue because I haven't touched the settings and it used to be fine.

But I can't get the tempo to match exactly every time. Sometimes it matches, but other times it's .2 or .3 off. And it only seems to go up in .2, so I can't get it in between. Even if I keep it in +6 mode. I can't work out how to fix. Do you know what could be happening?

I keep updating every time it says there's an update in the hopes it will fix it but it doesn't work.

Have you considered pressing the SYNC button? I know a lot of DJs are like "WHAT? NEVER! BEATMATCH BY EAR!" but I'll remind anyone who says that, carpenters no longer use hammers and hand saws to build houses - they use power tools, and the sync button is a power tool for DJs, allowing us to reduce the time trying to beatmatch, and spend more time picking better songs, playing with FX, etc.
